THE FOUNDERS

This is far from from being Catherine and Alain MORETTI's first venture. It's in 1981 that they set up their first restaurant, 'Le Pot au Feu', as an homage to Michel GUERARD, whom they greatly admired. This first address is an instant success. 
Boosted by this experience, Catherine and Alain use the same premises to create new concepts over the following years.

L'ARENE CATHERINE

The 'Addition' succeeds the 'Entre 2 Verres' ending with the 'Arène Catherine', each considered 'the palce to go' by the Bordelais.

A FAMILY AFFAIR 

After 26 years spent in the old Bordeaux, they take on a new challenge, along with their son Cyril and his girlfriend Stéphanie and open La Robe in June 2008 on the recently restores quays.
Cyril, who holds a diploma from the renowned Savignac School of Hotel Management, gained professional experience in prestigious establishments in Paris and Monaco and has now gone into partnership with his parents in this project.
