It was restored in the 16th century and in 1687, during the reign of Louis XVI, the chateau as owned by the Suau family of Capian. The estate vineyards surround the building and the vines benefit from favourable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.

Château Suau
This red wine is produced with 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon et 20% Cabernet Franc
This rich and elegant vintage, with hints of stewed fruit, chocolate and coffe, will perfectly compliment the cuisine of La Robe.
