Château Paloumey, Cru Bourgeois in the  Haut Médoc.
(North of Bordeaux)

In 1989, she took the challenge of replanting the vineyards of Château Paloumey while respecting the magnificent terroir of this appelation. She brought this sleeping beauty back to life.

55% Cabernet Sauvignon
5% Cabernet Franc 40% Merlot

Pruning double Guyot Double Leaf and crop thinning
Sustainable agriculture
• Vendange :
Manual and by machine.
• Double sorting on belt :
 before and after destemming.

12 months in oak casks and 4 months in stainless steel tanks after the final blending.

Martine Cazeneuve along with 3 women wine growers created les Médocaines, to enable wine lovers and connoisseurs alike to discover in depth the art of making great wines.
